|Recommended: YesGood price, lots of space, but a bit grimy — Rent is in a good price range, living room and bedrooms are large, balcony is spacious and is a great thing to have. Within quick walking distance to target and more, as well as the white loop stop. Not a terrible walk to the blue loop stops by the Rec Center or downtown by the CATA office. Some problems with bathroom plumbing, oven is a little small and outdated. When our fridge stopped working they gave us another better one for free. Heating works but when turned on let out some smoke or dust... Overall satisfied though.

|Recommended: YesDone well — The Palmerton was nice, with not too many issues. The two main issues I had with the Palmerton was how noisy it was and how expensive the underground parking was.

|Recommended: YesIdeal location and great living environment for undergraduate students — Overall I really enjoy my experience at the Palmerton and prefer it to the property I had leased in the year prior. My biggest issues with the unit is poor lighting in the living room area and the kitchen appliances are pretty dated.

|Recommended: YesClean, Great location, and comfortable place to live — Everything was clean upon moving in, all communication with the apartment store is simple and all staff is helpful, all parts of the apartment are worth the price compared to other apartments and leasing companies
|Recommended: YesVery nice, some small damages in walls and ceilings. — It is a very nice apartment with lots of space. Make sure to report things like the small holes in the wall so that you do not lose your security deposit. Other than that no complaints and it is a greta spot.
|Recommended: YesGreat location and nice place — Its very loud because you live downtown, but it's that way with any downtown apartment. The place is really nice, very spacious and the provided furniture is great. The location is wonderful as it's in walking distance to the downtown Target, Dunkin' and Starbucks.

|Recommended: YesNice building with a good location. — Some fixtures are a bit dated but overall the apartment is good. Detailed maps of the building would be appreciated for finding laundry and trash rooms.
